To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

• Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with the original hang tag attached and packaging intact.

Return your package to any DHL, GIG, FED EX store or designated drop-off point.

If you prefer to use a different courier instead of the provided pre-paid label, kindly ship your return to the address stated on your return voucher.

Captain Atelier is not liable for lost shipments, and shipping costs cannot be reimbursed in such cases.

Exchange Policy:
